The bedroom is furnished with a 2m x 2m double bed and a large wardrobe. As the third room is furnished with a sofabed (1.40m x 2.00m), a wardrobe and a desk, it can be used as either a guest room or home office. The high quality fitted kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and a basic selection of tableware. The bathroom features a bath with shower fitting. The living area and kitchen provide access to the rear-facing balcony. This offers an idyllic atmosphere right in the heart of the city. The rent of € 1490 for up to two people includes service charges. The tenant is responsible for arranging electricity and gas and must pay for these separately. The property owner is responsible for final cleaning at the end of your stay. This will be invoiced according to the work involved, at a rate of € 25 per hour.
