The first bedroom is furnished with a 2m x 2m double bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom features a double bed (1.6m wide), a wardrobe and a desk. The high quality fitted kitchen features a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and a basic selection of tableware. The bathroom features a bath with shower fitting. The living area and kitchen provide access to the rear balcony, with the second balcony being accessible from the second bedroom. Both offer an idyllic atmosphere right in the middle of the city. You also have use of a communal washing machine located in the building’s cellar. The rent of €1880 includes running costs and use of the internet connection. The tenant is responsible for arranging electricity and gas, and must pay for these separately. The landlord/landlady is responsible for final cleaning at the end of your stay. This will be invoiced according to the work involved, at a rate of €25 per hour.
